      The history teacher is really boring

      Mrs. Reddell is the asst. principle and she fell into the position

      You don’t want to have a friendship , you want to have a relationship

      The P.E. teacher is being an over achiever in somebody else class, distributing her class because a student was late

      The history teacher is trying to educated himself on how to teach a class

      As the history teacher stays as a teacher he learns how to do things differently, be more relax

      Teacher using the school for their own personal interest

      Teacher sometimes date in the school because it is easy to do, however some teacher don’t like it

      Cell phones in school becomes an issue

      The history teacher is having a real rough time with teaching and finding his way into becoming a good teacher.  Seeing how this is his first year teaching, who knows how long he will stay

      Parent teacher conference at home to talk about the cell phone and the parent is not getting it and become very defensive with the teacher

      The parent begins to make the home visit personnel opening up the bottle of wine and never going back to addressing the issue of the cell phone

      The asst. principal is at work late again and is having a relationship with her husband and family over the phone

      The friendship with coach Webb and asst. principal becomes strained

      Doing too much in this school to become teacher of the year a debate is what they are using to choose. only being a teacher for three years verse a teacher for ten years

      Didn’t get teacher of the year effect his teaching

      The asst. principal is thinking about going back to being a teacher, as the asst. principal she realized that she likes to teach better because she can teach the kids that want to be taught

      The history teacher let the kids be who they are and that made for an easy class and bonding with the kids

      As teacher by the end of the school year they learn a lot about their self

      Being a teacher is a gift

This movie just help me to see being a teacher is not easy and something that you can't take lightly.  Its a lot of work and a choice that you have to decide if you want it.  There were funny points and moments but as a teacher you are putting the education of young kids and your hands and not just there education but sometimes there life.  You have to decided if that what you want and want to deal with.  Being a teacher and going back year after year the student will help you to grow and learn something new each year.
